The hotel is quiet throughout the night. There must be some great insulation in the walls. We also loved the close proximity to the On Nut BTS skytrain station. Across the road is a department store with a lot of food options. 4K Cafe inside of Cross Vibe serves lovely food.

The hotel is in a great location, 2 min walk to a 7-eleven, 5 min walk to a large Lotus mall with lots of other shops and restaurants nearby. BTS is in the same shopping complex. I was in the second building (across a courtyard from the main building) which is well maintained, clean and quiet and the rooms are exactly like the photos. The Onsen is relaxing, I had a great (paid) massage. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly. There is an on-site bar and restaurant and a self-service coin-operated laundry. They even have a dispenser to buy liquids for the machine.

We had a great stay here! The room was well equipped and very clean. For cooking utensils you just need to contact reception, and they provide everything you need. The staff were kind, helpful, and always made me feel welcome. There’s a nice little pool that’s perfect for cooling down, and the gym has all the basic equipment needed for a solid workout. The massage ladies offer proper Thai massages, which I really enjoyed. The location is excellent—close to supermarkets, plenty of street food, and a shopping mall within walking distance. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Value for money. Great breakfast with loads of variety. Great egg station too. Hotel is clean and good service. Sang, our housekeeping lady who cleaned our room was so so lovely. So friendly, kind, super efficient. She should get a promotion to deal more with guests of the hotel as she’s so fantastic.

3 min walk to convenience shop(7-11), and also Lotus (hypermart with a food court, stalls). There's a nightly food street just outside of Lotus, affordable prices and good selection. Licensed stall holders and food is hygiene (i ate there for 3 days in a row and no belly issues). Room is small but has everything you need. There's a small pantry with induction stove, basic crockery, a huge fridge and bath tub in the room type i was staying. space is good for 2 medium size luggages. There's also a decent massage parlour just next to the convenience stall. Cross the BTS walkway to a mall opposite if you need restaurants and more shopping.

Wonderful Service from the Staff! I had a great experience during my stay, especially thanks to the excellent service from Mr. Fluke and Mr. John. Mr. Fluke who assisted me at the front desk during check-in, was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. He made the process smooth even I had issued with my old credit card and made me feel at home right away. Mr. John, the bellboy, was also fantastic. He delivered my luggage to the room with a warm smile and polite attitude, and even took the time to make sure everything was in order. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made a positive impression on me. Thank you both for making my stay more enjoyable!

The location of this hotel is excellent for public transportation, but getting a taxi or ride through an app can be a bit tricky. For airport transfers, I recommend asking the front desk to arrange a car with their trusted drivers—it’s about the same price as ride-hailing apps but much more reliable. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

It is our first time staying here and quite a decent place away from the hustle and bustle of the city central. The staffs were friendly and helpful and basic English was not an issue. The suite was spacious. Breakfast was decent too. There is self service washing facilities that's good for lightening your luggage from bulky clothes. Nearby a 5 min walk to 7 eleven and Lotus mall. BTS is nearby too. Taking Grab to central was easy as nearby highway with small toll fee.

My husband and I loved staying at CrossVibe! Convenient location, 5min walking distance to BTS and there's even a hotel songthaew / tuktuk that drives you to the BTS every hour. The rooms were very clean, lobby was big and well maintained. We really liked their breakfast, which had a lot of selection of food and drinks. All staff were super helpful as well. There's also a laundry machine on site that you can use for a small fee. There's also 7/11 right in front ;)

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay. From the staff, to the room, the place, facilities and food everything is perfect. Rooms are well maintained and housekeeping is spot on. Staff are very welcoming and will always try to attend to your needs. The SPA is a must try. The gym does its job. And the breakfast is great with plenty of selection to chose from(Asian, Western, Meditteranean) Will recommend it to anyone and will surely book this hotel again for our next trip in Thailand.
